Sending device information

In order to best troubleshoot your issue, we may request you send us your Device ID by doing the following:

- open Race Monitor
- tap on the Menu button in the top left corner
- select Settings from the side menu
- tap on the "Need Help? Contact Us" button 

- choose email/web form option

- send us a message with the pre-populated information and reference your original support ticket number
